Objective
This initiative began last Diwali after meeting a woman selling handmade decorations crafted under the guidance of Neha, an HR professional who trains household maids and their children in essential craft skills. The aim is to strengthen this community-led effort by supporting their craftsmanship and helping them grow their financial independence.
